The Espresso Martini



25ml TPS Original Spiced Rum
25ml Allpress Espresso Coffee 
25ml Coffee Liqueur (we use Mr. Black's)
2-7ml Sugar Syrup (Depends on how sweet you like it)


    Our twist on a classic to make the ultimate Public Spirit Espresso Martini.

    How to make it

    Pour equal parts of our Original Spiced Rum, espresso coffee, coffee liqueur, and between 2ml and 7ml of sugar syrup (less if you like it bitter, more if you like it sweet) into a cocktail shaker. 

    Then generously add ice, pop the top on and give it an almighty shake until it goes ice cold. 

    Almost there, now grab your strainer, pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a few coffee beans. 

    And all that’s left is to do is enjoy the good stuff.
